Saco Real Estate Overview

The real estate markets in Saco like the rest of the region suffered a significant loss in value, perhaps a bit more than the immediate greater Portland markets. Real Estate in York county seems to have been hit harder as a result of prices having inflated a bit more in this southern Maine housing market. Recently markets have stabilized and with short sales and foreclosures slowly working themselves out of the system the saco housing market is poised for stability and growth.
