Strong Home Sales Continue in Southern ME
The real estate markets of southern Maine continued to remain extremely strong through the month of April. Pricing and volume were significantly up in all 4 counties followed with year over year volume gains of 72% and 65% seen in the more densely populated York and Cumberland counties. The mid coastal counties of Sagadahoc and Lincoln, having lagged behind the past few months, both saw 5% and 11% gains in median pricing. With recent interest rate drops the housing outlook in Maine remains very positive.

One of the few times I will highlight one of my own sites, but if time permits please do take a look and help me raise awareness and funds to drill a new well in a small village of Darfur to help end starvation.
Restaurant: Shima, Portland
The newest sushi place in town. Incredible prices, solid sushi. The service was great the first time, so so the 2nd, but well worth a visit. Try the Godzilla roll! Located on Fore Street across from Rosie's.
