Commentary
Holding steady with historical trends, June saw increases in total homes sold as well as average sold prices. Inventories continue to rise and are at all time highs, approximately 40% greater than last year at this time and 80% higher than 2 years ago, but with summer in full swing, excellent weather and numerous price reductions of the past year look for a healthier market over the coming months and into the Fall season.

Quotable Quotes:
“Lubec loomed suddenly out of the blueberry barrens ahead of me, a cluster of houses and abandoned sardine factories shouldered together on a lofty rock promontory jutting into Passamaquoddy Bay, with the Atlantic Ocean just beyond."

Some will look to the sun, some will look to forests, and others will use cleaner burning fossil fuels as efficiently as possible
