Commentary
A slow May, the significant net inventory increases, continual lack of strong economic guidance from the Fed and the summer tourism season fast approaching…What does it all mean for Maine real estate? Look for price reductions to continue, Sold/List price ratios to fall and increased buying activity of reasonably priced coastal property. A healthy condo market in the Greater Portland area will help keep property transactions churning along in Southern Maine throughout the summer season.
