Stronger Soutnern Maine Results in April 2009 Despite year over year pricing drops transaction levels climbed for the 4th consecutive month and average pricing month over month was up in 3 out of the 4 counties followed for the first time this year! Additionally encouraging is that the Days on Market average for the 4 counties followed trended down this month signaling more buyer activity. Inventories however did shoot up this month making this metric important to follow over the coming spring season.
